HEART Waiver Amendment
Healing and Ending Addiction through Recovery and Treatment (HEART) Waiver Amendment to reimburse for stays by children or youth with serious mental illness/serious emotional disturbance at Institutions for Mental Diseases that are also qualified residential treatment programs.
Effective Date: July 1, 2024
A hybrid public hearing regarding the demonstration application was held Friday, December 15, 2023, at 111 North Sanders Street, Room 306, in Helena, Montana. Ten individuals attended in-person or via Zoom.
