Cost of Treatment
- Reimbursement is based upon the patient's ability to pay as determined by the Reimbursement Officer's review of the patient's financial status at the time of admission.
- Third Party payers may cover services at MCDC, this includes private insurance, Medicaid, etc. The reimbursement office at MCDC will work with the patient in submitting the appropriate paper work for prior authorization and for reimbursement payments.
NOTE: MCDC no longer has any restrictions in place for individuals who are eligible and applying for, or are approved for Medicaid and as a result, now can serve all patients who qualify for treatment and their primary method of payment is either through Montana Medicaid (Conduent) or HELP Medicaid (BCBS).
