Practices and Divisions

The Department of Public Health and Human Services is organized into 12 divisions, with 10 housed within its four core practices: Human Services, Medicaid and Health Services, Public Health and Community Affairs, and Health Care Facilities. The remaining two divisions exist within the Director’s Office.
