QRS Bridge incentives available:
1) tiered reimbursement percent increases (above standard state reimbursement rates) for those facilities choosing to serve Best Beginnings Scholarship families
2) Math & Block Kits to enhance learning through play

 

Tiered Subsidy Reimbursement STAR 2

Subsidy reimbursement add-ons based on Star level are: 5% for Star 2, 10% for Star 3, 15% for Star 4, and 20% for Star 5.

Small Center: 16-29 Licensed Capacity 

Medium Center: 30-59

QRS incentives are to be used for continuous quality improvement, staff support and salaries, professional development, equipment, etc. All incentives for the Quality Recognition System are subject to eligibility requirements as outlined in policy and are dependent on funding.
