April Time Study Reminder

April is upon us and it is a time study month. Time studies are a federal requirement and are used to help determine funding levels. Montana’s quarters are January, April, July and October. With the ability to enter WIC time in the system automatically, time spent should be much reduced. We ask that as new employees are added at your local clinic that they are receiving the training they need to complete their time studies correctly. We hope the change to the Time Study program continues to be a good one. If you have any problems, please let me know at blahr@mt.gov or call the HelpDesk at (406) 444-2740.
