Technology Services Center (TSC) is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. TSC is staffed by six technicians, including a supervisor.

Our mission is to provide quality computer support to the Department by serving employees, other state agencies, contractors, vendors and internet users in a timely manner.

Technology Services Center will assist callers by determining the problem, analyzing and resolving it, or by assigning the problem to the Network and Communications Bureau. Callers will be given a ticket number they can reference when calling back on the same issue. Calls are prioritized by the severity of the problem reported.

When Should You Call TSC?

Computer related problem such as:

  • Passwords
  • Mainframe/BlueZone*
  • Printing
  • Network
  • Hardware (mouse, keyboard, printer, etc.)
  • Applications(Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Lotus, Outlook, AWACS, SABHRS, etc.)
  • Workers Toolkit (Births, TCRD, etc.)
