Intergovernmental Supplemental Payment Program for Nursing Facility Providers- FY 2009
Dear County Commissioner:
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) preformed an audit of Montana’s “At Risk” Intergovernmental Supplemental Payment program for Fiscal Year 2006. CMS’s recommendation from the audit required the State to conduct a review of all the nursing facilities participating in the FY 2009 “At Risk” Nursing Facility Supplemental Payment program to ensure retention of funds paid to providers. In order for the State to complete this review, the State is requesting information regarding the “At Risk” (IGT) Program for nursing facilities for FY 2009.
The State is asking that the County complete the attached questionnaire and include any supporting documentation as requested; and return to us within the timelines specified.
