Belmont Senior Center
Belmont Senior Center provides case management, payee services and a guardianship program. Belmont holds an annual memory screening and weekly nursing clinics. Provides Information and Referral Assistance as well as Meals on Wheels. Serves daily meals at the center. Belmont offers a “phone a friend” program which allows volunteer seniors to stay in contact with the elderly and disabled who are at risk. Belmont also facilitates an Alzheimer’s Council and the Gatekeepers Program. Belmont offers assistance to APS by doing home assessments, guardianships and payeeships.
Serves APS Region 4 Counties of Beaverhead, Broadwater, Deer Lodge, Gallatin, Jefferson, Lewis & Clark, Madison, Meagher, Park, Powell, Silver bow)
