The role of the Licensing & Certification Bureaus within the Quality Assurance Division of Montana's Department of Public Health and Human Services is to protect the safety and well-being of Montanans through the State Licensure and Federal Certification processes. Additionally each Bureau also conducts complaint investigations upon receiving a complaint against a specific facility and/or administration/staff.
