Montana Hospital Discharge
Data System
The Hospital Discharge Data System provides access to inpatient hospitalization data provided by the Montana Hospital Association, based on the Uniform Billing 2004 form UB-04. The Montana Hospital Discharge Data System provides support to employees of Montana DPHHS, and summary statistics and analysis to the general public.
Announcements
The Montana Hospital Discharge Data System is pleased to present its first quarterly report, Introducing the Montana Hospital Discharge Data System. This report focuses on uses of hospital discharge data by programs such as the Montana Diabetes Project and the Asthma Control Program, description of the data system, and hospitalizations by major classification of primary diagnosis.
