Public hearing to focus on needs of people with disabilities

A public hearing focusing on the needs of people with disabilities will be held Friday March 22,
2013 from 3 to 4:15 p.m. via videoconference in nine Montana cities, Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) officials said Monday.

The meeting is sponsored by the Montana Vocational Rehabilitation/Blind and Low Vision Services and the Statewide Independent Living Council.

“The purpose of the forum allows people with disabilities to share their comments and suggestions regarding the state plans for the vocational rehabilitation and independent living services provided by the state,” said DPHHS Director Richard H.
