DPHHS to conduct cardiovascular disease awareness phone survey in Fort Peck Indian Reservation

In July and August, the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is conducting a telephone survey with residents of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation who are aged 30 years and older.  The objective of the survey is to collect information about cardiovascular disease awareness.

“All of the information will be confidential, and your participation is greatly appreciated,” said DPHHS Director Richard Opper. “Please be advised that this is a legitimate survey, and nothing will be sold.”

The caller will identify themselves as calling from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. The survey takes about 10 minutes per call.

Those surveyed are randomly selected. For people with caller ID, the call will show up coming from one of the following numbers (406) 449-7556, (406) 495-0633 or (406) 495-0634.
