Children's Mental Health

State-wide Targeted Youth Case Manager Providers

Targeted Youth Case Management (TYCM) is one of the services offered for youth who have serious emotional or behavioral problems.

Case managers:

Help families learn how to find and use mental health services in their community
Help families connect with support systems
Encourage family independence and self- reliance
Help problem solve about issues such as transportation housing etc
Provide families with guidance and support
