Montana's Medicaid State Plan Amendment under the 1915(1) 
State Plan Home and Community-Based Services is called Montana i-home and provides specific services
for qualifying youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) the opportunity to receive Medicaid reimbursed services while living in their community.
