Mini Grants

Mini Grants are designed to support child care providers who demonstrate a strong link to professionalism in the field of early childhood and a commitment to providing high quality care in safe and healthy environments. Mini grants applications are accepted throughout the year and awards are made quarterly. Child care centers may apply for grants of up to $1,500. Family and group child care homes may apply for grants of up to $1,000.

To qualify for a Mini Grant, a facility must be licensed as a child care center or registered as a group or family child care home in the State of Montana. The person applying must be participating in the Montana Early Care and Education Practioner Registry.

The forms are fillable online. Please fill in electronically, print off, sign and date it and mail completed form.
