Early Childhood Mentoring Programs
Early Childhood Mentoring Programs match an experienced caregiver “mentor” with a novice caregiver “protégé”. Mentoring programs are based on the concept that experienced teachers and caregivers are easier to retain if they receive advanced education, better wages and the opportunity to share their expertise.
