New Organization - New Website

We've been overdue for a re-designed web site.

Due to new State guidelines on web design, this site accommodates requirements for state websites to have a common look, especially a similar heading and footer. 

This new design should also be cleaner, crisper and more stable than the old site. Quite a few old or incomplete pages have been eliminated for now.

The new design and menu reflects the primary program areas for which we provide services and overall coordination.  A 'program report' page is available in each area. This will be an area which will enable you to more easily learn what's happening.

Even though not entirely complete yet, we're launching this new design now.  Changes will be occuring frequently and quickly so that "We're Sorry" and blank pages will disappear soon. Please check often for new information.  We appreciate your patience until this can all be completed.
