HIRMS Modules
Incident Management

  Incident Management

Even though development of the Resource and Disaster Status and the System Tracking modules will enable query and utilization of resources for disasters, small communities with limited resources will still have a need for an 'incident commander' or 'dispatcher' to help manage their disasters. This incident management module is the 9-1-1 for them. This module would enable limited functionality for local areas to query and dispatch needed resources for a smaller local disaster. Once the incident becomes large enough to overextend their resources, this module would become the what a central dispatch would utilize to assist them. This module will be enhanced to perform ‘web EOC’ functions as needed - the ability for and agency which activates it’s EOC to electronically track resource management, EOC personnel activities and after action quality improvement

Relationship / Integration With Other Modules:

  • Integrates with the Resource Management and Disaster Status module

  • Integrates with the System Tracking module

  • Integrates with MHMAS
