Funding and Mutual Aid Laws
Tax Levy Law for Ambulance Services Law which authorizes a county, city, or town to levy an annual tax defray the costs incurred in providing ambulance services.
Multi-jurisdictional Service District Law Law which authorizes municipalities and counties to form multi-jurisdictional service districts in order to provide a higher level of service than each local government can provide individually.
Fire Service Area Act Law which authorizes counties to form fire districts to provide fire protection and emergency medical services.
