Combination Supported Work/Facility-Based Work Programs
Who?
A combination of supported work services/facility-based work programs offer a full range of services from functional academics, job skill training, and supported employment to paid community work. There are currently 280 people receiving this service.
What?
These programs provide the full range of services of a facility-based work service and supported employment services. An individual can continue to engage in paid work within the service contractor’s facility and gradually move on to the world of supported work outside the facility.
How?
To learn more about Combination Supported Work/Facility-Based Work Services or to apply for these services, please contact the developmental disabilities program office nearest you. You may also obtain additional information about the location of these services by contacting the service provider agencies listed below. Once eligibility for services has been established and a service opportunity becomes available, a developmental disabilities case manager will assist you in the process of entering services.
