Early Childhood Advisory Council

Established in 1997, the Montana Early Childhood Advisory Council helps the Department of Public Health and Human Services to ensure access to affordable, quality child care for infants, toddlers, preschool children, school-aged children, and their families and communities.

The council includes representation from a wide spectrum of individuals involved in early care and education, including parents; child-care providers; local, state, and tribal officials; educators; health-care providers; and advocates for low-income Montanans.
