Dental Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Data (BRFSS)
The dental BRFSS data includes both the core oral health module which was added by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 1995 and state added questions which have been included since 1994.
Survey questions have been asked and data is available on the following dental health topics:

- factors influencing dental visits
- dental insurance
- tooth loss
- use of fluoride products
- gum disease
- baby bottle tooth decay
- bottle water use
