The Montana Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (MCCCP) is a supporting partner to the Montana Cancer Control Coalition (MTCCC). Comprehensive Cancer Control is a collaborative process to reduce the burden of cancer. The MTCCC developed the Montana Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) Plan as a guide for preventing and controlling cancer in Montana.
The MTCCC Mission
• To reduce cancer incidence, morbidity and mortality in Montana through a collaborative partnership of private and public individuals and organizations.
• To develop, implement, promote and advocate for a statewide, coordinated, integrated approach to control cancer for all Montanans.
• To ensure quality of life through prevention, early detection, treatment, research, rehabilitation and palliation.
The MTCCC conducts bi-annual statewide meetings.
