Mission Statement

To provide affordable, confidential quality reproductive health services that respect, empower, and educate individuals, families, and communities.

Services

Local family planning clinics offer services to men, women, and teens.  All services are confidential.  No one is refused services due to inability to pay.  Services include:

  • Birth Control choices that meet our patients' needs and lifestyles.  These may include:
    • Condoms
    • Birth Control Pills
    • Depo Provera
    • The Patch
    • The Ring
    • Intra-uterine Contraceptives
    • Female and Male Sterilization (Vasectomy)
    • Barrier Methods (diaphram, cervical cap)
    • Fertility Awareness Method
    • Abstinence
  • Pregnancy Tests and Options Counseling that is unbiased.
  • Exams
    • Annual Pelvic Exams
    • Pap Tests
    • Male Reproductive Health Exams
  • Tests and Treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening
  • Pre-conception and Fertility Counseling
  • Education and Counseling on Reproductive Health

Fees

Family planning clinics have many payment choices.  You may use:

  • A fee based on your income (known as a sliding fee scale)

If you would like to use the sliding fee scale, clinic staff will ask you for information about your family income when you check-in. 

  • Medicaid

If you would like to use Medicaid, these is no need to call or get a referral from your primary care provider.  There are no co-payments for family planning.  Please remember to bring your card with you to your appointment.

  • Insurance

Like many other healthcare providers, our clinics accept most insurance plans.  Please remember to bring your card with you to your appointment.

  • Full-fee

You may choose to pay for your services in full.  Credit card payments are available in most locations.
